February is Heart Month

We know that heart disease is the number one cause of death for both men and women. We prevent it by, eating right, quitting cigarettes, getting more physical activity, and reducing stress. Doctors suggest that there is a link between daily stress and increased high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease. The CDC notes that every 25 seconds, someone will have a heart episode in the United States. Some signs of a heart attack are: chest discomfort, discomfort in arms, back, neck, jaw or stomach; shortness of breath, cold sweat, nausea, and lightheadedness. Your Heart is Your Health!
