Burlington City Health Center Moves to Larger Facility

In response to the growing number of patients at the Burlington City Health Center, the services were moved to a larger facility (just next door) on September 2, 2009. The new health facility is more spacious to allow for better patient flow and designed to shorten patient wait time. There are now 9 exam rooms a larger clinical laboratory and patient waiting areas.

The new facility moved across the adjacent parking lot from 665 High Street to:

8:30 - 5:30 Monday, Tuesday, Friday
9 - 8:00 Wednesday
8:30 - 8:00 Thursday
