Clinical Laboratory Services

Health care providers often prescribe diagnostic tests for patients in order to obtain information required to make more informed medical diagnoses or to determine abnormal blood levels. Clinical laboratory tests include blood tests, body fluid testing, tissue pathology, health screenings, drug screenings, and genetic-based testing.

Once laboratory test results are submitted to SJFMC, you will be contacted to return to the center to receive the results of your tests or results may be given to you by telephone. Patients will be contacted immediately for abnormal results. Your doctor will interpret your laboratory test results and provide you with medical advice, diagnosis and recommended treatment.

Some lab services are performed at the center. Additional costs may be incurred.

Lab results are available from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily.
